Hello and welcome to my second grade class for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year. My name is Mrs. Marano and I would like to share a little bit of information about myself. I was born and lived in the Lehigh Valley all my life. I went to college at Bloomsburg University, Allentown Business School, and most recently, DeSales University where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Education. I have two children, one son who is in high school and a daughter who is a freshman in college as well as two dogs; Winston, a Couton de Tulear, and Cloe who is a Shitzu. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, cooking, going to the beach, shopping, and hanging out with my friends and family. I also am a certified aerobics instructor and cycling teacher. In the future I would like to find the time to run a half marathon. I look forward to meeting everyone and want everyone to know that I truly am honored to being a part of children’s growth and development. I really enjoy my job.
